Story

A brilliant flash of light north of Pittsburgh causes citywide power outages, prompting Aladdin Central to contact East Coast operative Jake Alexander, instructing him to implement Plan "W." Plan "W" is the code name for Aladdin's super-agent, Wrath. We learn that the flash of light was caused by the alien being Hellion and his strange companion Modeus. Alexander orders Wrath to fly to Pittsburgh to investigate the incident at Shadowood Nuclear Power Plant. Meanwhile, Aladdin employee Eden Blake (Mantra) also learns of the power outages and decides to investigate the situation herself. Wrath arrives in Pittsburgh and immediately makes his way to Shadowood. Later that night, he enters Shadowood and runs into the enormous Hellion, who attacks Wrath. He is easily defeated by Hellion, who then returns to his unknown activities within the nuclear plant.
